Mike Reynolds

Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager, Slack Developer Marketing, Salesforce

Mike is a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager on the Slack Developer Marketing team at Salesforce, where he's passionate about Slack as the UI of Salesforce — building technical content, leading developer education, and helping people unlock the power of AI and Slackbot on the Slack platform.

A boomerang back to Salesforce, Mike has helped write 15 Salesforce credentials and spoken at dozens of conferences and community groups around the world. He has deep roots in the Trailblazer Community, having led both a Salesforce Trailblazer Community group and the Chicago Slack Community group. Mike is the creator of Slack School and co-host of The JAM, a Salesforce Ecosystem podcast.

Outside of work, Mike is a blacksmith, a devoted cat dad, and someone who has made a personal commitment to never pretending to be an adult. You'll recognize him by the mohawk, the tattoos, and the Trailblazer hoodie.

Patrick Felder

Senior Vice President, Employee Success, Salesforce

Patrick Felder is the Senior Vice President of Employee Success at Salesforce, where he leads global talent and people strategies for the company’s Technology organizations. Overseeing a team of 70 HR professionals worldwide, Patrick drives initiatives in organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and global talent management. He also champions diversity and inclusion as the Executive Sponsor for Boldforce Texas.

Patrick brings more than 25 years of HR leadership experience, including two decades at Dell Technologies. There, he held several senior roles, most recently as Vice President of HR for the Americas Sales organization. His career highlights include leading HR for Dell Technology Services, spearheading international operations as HR leader for the Dell Panama site, and serving as global chair and Executive Sponsor for the Black Networking Alliance and Latino Connection employee resource groups.

Passionate about community impact, Patrick has served on the United Way Capital Area Board of Directors and actively supports initiatives that advance equity and opportunity. He is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.

Outside of work, he’s a dedicated father of three, fitness enthusiast, and lifelong Spider-Man fan with a collection of over 200 comics.
