Are you passionate about Salesforce and want to help make Texas Dreamin' 2025 a success? Volunteering is a great way to get involved and contribute to this exciting event!
How to Sign Up:
Simply follow the link below to sign up for your preferred volunteer time slots. Please select 2 time slots (each 2 hours) or, if you choose the Session Moderator role, select it once for a 4-hour shift.
What’s Involved:
Volunteers will assist in a variety of roles, including bag stuffing, session moderation, check-in, sponsor support, and more. This is your chance to be a part of the team that ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Important Notes:
Volunteers must commit to a total of 4 hours, either 2 shifts of 2 hours or one 4-hour shift as a session moderator.
All volunteers are required to purchase a conference ticket. However, if you complete 4 hours of volunteering, your ticket fee will be refunded after the event.
By volunteering, you will play a crucial role in the success of Texas Dreamin' and make lasting connections within the Salesforce community.

You must be 18 years of age or older to volunteer at Texas Dreamin’. You’ll also need to purchase a conference ticket and commit to completing four hours of volunteer work during the event.

Please ensure that you commit to a specific time slot that you can actually fulfill. -
We will consider your requested preferences from the sign-up form, but please note that you may not be assigned the role you request. Only those who sign up for the 4-hour Session Moderator shift will be considered for that role. The volunteer coordinator will assign roles based on the conference’s needs when you arrive.

Please make every effort to attend and complete your volunteer shift. If you are unable to fulfill your commitment, notify the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible at volunteer@texasdreamin.org.

Yes, you will receive training and instructions for your volunteer activity. Please arrive at your designated time and location to receive your training.

Volunteers should dress comfortably and appropriately for a Dreamin’ Conference. Please wear comfortable shoes as you may be standing or walking for extended periods during your shift.

After you complete your shift, please check out with the volunteer coordinator to ensure your hours are recorded. If you complete four hours of volunteer work, you will receive a refund for your event pass fee after the conference, by June 15, 2025.
